As opposed to the large Japanese real estate firms we act as your advocate, looking after YOUR best interests, which we want to be at the forefront of any transaction which takes place and typically we do not bring the buyer to the deal. Brokers who do this have a huge conflict of interest and their only goal is to close deals and get commissions from both sides.
